Each episode of Destination Truth runs for about 45 minutes and typically features two investigations of paranormal activity such as spirits and cryptozoological creatures. They usually go to the places where the cryptid is reported. They usually use eyewitness reports and go look for evidence of the creature. If evidence is found, it is sent to be analyzed.
The show can be both scary, interesting, and funny because some of the places they visit, such as Japan or Ireland, they tend to have fun with the cultures in the region before or during their investigations. One of the best shows in the paranormal category.
